When I was 14-15 years old, my family went on a camping trip. Mom and dad were hunting for ginseng and me and my younger brother was scouting for deer, so we decided to go down in a deep hollow and check it for deer sign. As we went down in the woods we come up to an old barbed wire fence and I saw something hanging in the fence.
As I got closer low and behold, there hanging in the fence was a right hand and part of a forearm! At the time I thought it was a monkey hand. It was hairy and the skin was grey and purple to a kinda black color. It had fingers just like a human with grey finger nails.
Being curious I untangle it from the fence and took a good long look at it. Its thumb was not like a primate it was like a human hand. I took it back to where my family was camping to show them, but my dad made me take it back because it’s mother might come back for it, but I was too afraid so I threw it in a pond that was NOT in the woods and rushed back to our camp.
